**Starzon Fashion Return & Refund Policy**

1. **Return Window**: Items can be returned within **3–7 days** from the date of delivery.

2. **Condition of Items**: Products must be **unused, unwashed, and in original condition** with all tags and packaging intact.

3. **Proof of Purchase**: A **valid receipt or order number** is required to process any return or refund.

4. **Return Method**: Returns must be initiated through our **official website or customer support email**.

5. **Return Shipping**: Return shipping costs are **the customer's responsibility**, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

6. **Prepaid Labels**: In eligible cases (like defective or wrong items), a **prepaid return label** will be provided.

7. **Non-Returnable Items**: **Customized, final sale, and undergarments** are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

8. **Defective Items**: Must be reported within **48 hours of delivery** with Unboxing Video and photographic proof to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

9. **Refund Timeline**: Refunds are processed within **7–10 business days** after the returned item is received and inspected.

10. **Refund Method**: Refunds are issued to the **original payment method** (credit/debit card, A/C , UPI.PayPal, etc.).

11. **Store Credit Option**: Customers can choose to receive **store credit** instead of a refund for faster resolution.

12. **Exchange Policy**: Exchanges are allowed only for **size or color**, based on stock availability.

13. **Partial Refunds**: May be issued for items returned **with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of wear**.

14. **Order Cancellations**: Orders can be canceled **within 12 hours** of placement. After that, cancellation may not be possible.
